Jakes Birthday 2013

So the Blackhawks won the cup for 2013 and as always I do a blackhawk cake for Jake. He went and hung out with some friends but before he got up I had Matti and Nana help with the Hallway, and Matti had to help Jake out :) Adley in Jakes arms for cake time. He is such a great uncle to all these little girls :)

My Birthday

So we did Shark reef for my Bday. I love the sting rays and Jellys. We had a blast playing with the rays and as always some cake. Little Lily wanted to sit with me. Love my Nieces ( sorry so short and bunch of pictures, trying to play catch up)

Utah in May 2013

So This was when I went up to Utah before my birthday. I try to get up there as much as I can as my nephews (aka my boys) and the twins (aka my twins) ( really my sister Stephanies kids) grow up so fast and I cannot get enough of them and my whole family. I feel like I get to recharge when I go up there.

5 yr Ann

So 5 yrs March 21 2013 We went to the Mob :) and hung out on the strip and took time with each other. Crazy that we have been married 6 yrs now feels like yesterday LOVE

Nick turned 8 Jan 2013 This is my sweet nephew, They are growing up so fast it is crazy

So In Jan 2013 I went up to Utah for my Dads birthday and Dani was playing with her camera. She is so talented in so many ways but one that shows is pictures :)

New Niece

Ok So This is the soonest picture I have of our cute little Niece Adley. Jakes Brother and His wife had a little girl in Aug of 2012.. Awe Jake looks good with a baby in his arms. Babies and kids seem to just take to him and he is coming around to the idea :)

Christmas 2012, Kristin was sweet enough to take our Christmas pictures. Sorry I know I added a lot, I just love the holidays and my man :)

THE BIG DAY

Ok ok,so Oct 12 2012 I went to the Salt Lake Temple for myself :) It was such a long hard journey to get me there and get me on the path I needed to be. I've had a yr and half to look over that now and I am so thankful that I made those choices. It was so beautiful my favorite kind of day. I felt like the day was made for me, my favorite time of year fall, it was chilly and even raining. Since I moved out when I was 21 I have grown very found of chilly cool rain. There is something refreshing about it, its like it washes away all the dust and dirt and leaves it all new. So I felt it was so fitting. I could have never done it without Jakes unconditional love, with out my parents support and care, without the wonderful sister missionaries I had in the ward at the time and so many others. I have since had trials that would have broken me to the very core if I wouldnt have gone to through the temple. The Lord works in ways that we cannot understand, and I am thankful for my trails and the rough spots for they are what have made me grow and humble myself. I believe one cannot find her or him self unless you have trials and rough spots, for it is when we are humbled and weak that we find God and our true strength. You will never know what you can achieve until you are faced with chance to prove it.

Early that Fall 2012 Jakes Mom had Family pictures done..

This was in Aug 2012, we bought a new car! :) So Jake and I took a much needed just him and I trip to Utah. It was great geting out of the Vegas heat and going up to the mountains.

So this was July in Utah, My sister Aldine and her family came down from Washington and we all got to hang out and spend some sister time. I tried on my mothers wedding dress and I could fit in it all but my chest.. (odd but true) So I had to go with plan B just a temple dress. When Jake and I go through I will get a prettier one :)
